In consideration and as an inducement of participating in service, coaching, instruction, and modalities provided by Sparky Spirit, the Client agrees to the following:
Liability
I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive guidance and information in energetic practices, spiritual development, lifestyle philosophy, and emotional healing techniques as communicated by Sparky Spirit. I will not hold Sparky Spirit to any higher standard of care than applicable.

I understand that the energy work session given involves a natural hands-on method of energy balancing for the purpose of emotional management, stress reduction, and relaxation. I understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

I understand that energy work practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe medicines, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I have.

I understand that the practitioner will be placing hands on me during the energy work session, as required by a crystal healing session.

I release Sparky Spirit from any liability for injuries or health issues (mental, physical, spiritual, or emotional) that are not directly or proximately caused by professional negligence.

I understand that these actions do NOT constitute a diagnosis from a licensed physician, chiropractor, acupuncturist, or other health care physician I may seek such services at any time I see necessary.
Assumption of Risk of Exposure to COVID-19
By engaging in these Services, I am aware that I agree to fully accept all known and unknown risks, including the potential risk of exposure to respiratory illnesses or other illnesses, diseases, or conditions, including but not limited to the coronavirus known as COVID-19. The coronavirus COVID-19 is primarily transmitted via exhaled respiratory droplets, most often through coughing, sneezing and breathing in close proximity to another person. These droplets can travel up to six feet and are more commonly transmitted between persons rather than from equipment to persons. Although the Service Provider is complying with state laws, executive orders by the governor, federal laws, local laws, and CDC guidelines regarding cleaning, disinfecting and practices which reduce the potential for exposure to COVID-19, I understand that I may be exposed to COVID-19 or its symptoms through no fault of the Service Provider’s. Known coronavirus symptoms include fever, coughing, shortness of breath, pneumonia, kidney failure, and may include additional or other symptoms, stroke or even death (collectively referred to as “Symptoms”). I understand and agree to hold the Service Provider harmless and not liable for any real or perceived Symptoms of COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, or condition, nor for exacerbating any existing Symptoms of any illness, disease or condition, and I fully agree to accept these and all other known and unknown risks of receiving Services from the Service Provider.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice for cancellation is required. Any no-shows and late arrivals will be charged 50% of the session fee. A late arrival appointment will be truncated to end at the set time for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals over 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged the 50% fee.

A full refund will be issued within 3 business days if an appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours of appointments, and a 50% refund will be issued within 3 business days if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment, including no shows.
Appointment Refunds
Refunds must be requested in writing via email with explanation to danielle@sparkyspirit.com and is fully subject to Sparky Spirit’s discretion & judgement.
Payments
Sparky Spirit accepts cash, check, and credit card. When you pay with credit card, your card is kept on file through our secure network using Wix Payments for payment at future sessions.
Client Cooperation
The Client understands that lack of cooperation, failure to keep appointments, and failure to follow instruction is Client’s own choice and may diminish the results or necessitate additional education at additional cost.
No Guarantee of Results
Client recognizes this Agreement is not a guarantee of results and deals solely with the services and education to be rendered and the fees to be paid for the energy exchange, education, and coaching provided. The Client’s payment obligation is not contingent upon the outcome.
