The daily energy practices shared in this container are a requirement. You promise and commit to doing the assigned practices every single day. Trust me on this. The more you do them, the more you will succeed in this program. These energy exercises are what tune and expand your field to the frequency of your heart. The more you spend practicing this, the more heart-alignment you'll attract and create in your life.
