When you choose to spend more time in expansive states—like joy, playfulness, passion, gratitude, and love—you naturally attract and create your life more from these frequencies. In this workshop, I'll share some psychological tools that will help you cultivate and embody these expansive states whenever you choose.

You are a reflection of the entire solar system at a very specific moment in spacetime. Your natal chart is a map of your unique vibration. You aren't here to be like anyone else. By exploring your natal chart, I help you channel the powerful and magnetic field of your heart. Based on the Zodiac sign and the House position of the Sun when you were born, I will guide you through a mindfulness exercise that will connect you to your heart and expand your energy field.
